Why is there always someone who feels the need to inform the villain of prophecies that will lead to his inevitable doom? Just seems to me if the villain is unaware that there's a child out there who in the future might destroy him, that child will be allowed to train for that day in peace.
Instead he'll spend the rest of his life on the run, constantly looking over his shoulder and suffer from traumatizing nightmares. I can understand the urge to have my last words be something defiant or intimidating, but Gato's just really making it worse for the kid here.
Great comic. Wonderful plot, amazing characters and even with wild, chaotic actions scenes, the plot is moving at a pace that makes it easy to understand. Just started reading today, but I've lost all track of time since page one and I'm looking forward to reading more.

Well the way I see it Gato himself was trying to instill some fear into Dragos before his death. Dragos already knows of the prophecy, Gato merely reminded him of it. He didn’t expect Gorgorath to catch up with the kid so soon, I suppose. .The thing is that it is inevitable that Xeus would have to face Dragos at some point of time after his training. But I can see what you mean
